The lifetime warranty is void in these circumstances: frame damage, bent frame, dented frame, 3rd party service, water damage, and cracked phones or damaged LCD's. The lifetime warranty does not include a mobile service. Mint Repair is not responsible for data loss from a device. All data from this form and on the device will be protected under the terms of our privacy policy. Any devices not picked up in 60 days become property of Mint Repair and can be disposed of or sold. Tempered Glass and other accessories are not included under the lifetime warranty. You agree that the device is functioning perfectly except for the functions and damage listed below, if device doesn't turn on or respond we are not responsible for damage.
