  Awesome place and I highly recommend Mint repair! The owner is a really nice man and let me come in later in the day, I believe close to the time when they were done for the day and went through the process to diagnose my wife's dead phone. All I needed was to access my wife's Gmail account as she forgot her password and her recovery options weren't great and he determined I had a bad screen, used one of his own to turn it back on and let me get what I needed to help my wife out all for a good price! I really recommend this place! You can tell the owner cares about helping others and has a passion for fixing!

  took back my phone to see if its under warranty and possibly get my money back and get it done with someone who genuinely appreciates clients and build trust with their properties, apparently the seal did allow moisture to enter after leaving it in my dresser for a few weeks. Initially the screen they installed was not of great quality at all even after i repeatedly pointed it out. i was told that because of me pointing out the poor quality install , that im harassing him, so he blocked me . i was open but he kept trying to dismiss the matter by pointing me as the issue of why he wont fix it or compensate . Very shocked and kept being talked out from them taking any accountability .He opened the phone after going back and forth for absolutely no reason, it was easier because the seal on the left side frame was loose and i can tell by how quick his blade went through on that side . i decided to record the whole encounter on my glasses so as to prove every single interaction He admitted that he is sorry for over reacting but then proceeded to want to charge me 199$ to replace the screen when already he replaced the screen before and it was faulty . Picking and choosing what he will do and what he wont do . very odd for someone to change attitude and dismiss the issue back and forth but he is very happy to charge you more to fix an issue he could have prevented . he said "im doing you a favor" yet i paid for his services .

  Summary: Awesome service, over the top. I was visiting from out of town for a day and went in there thinking, no way they can get this done. Especially after learning a part needed had to be ordered. Thanking the owner John, I was starting to leave when came up with a solution that could get done that night. At about an hour before close. Knowing that I had to leave the next morning early, John said don’t worry- I’ll stay late and get it done. And he did! The guy really likes to repair phones and his excellent work shows. Take note, service companies. THIS is how you should take care of people. Fantastic! 12/10

  John fixed my A54 - g5 faster than i could fix lunch! (Less than 1 hour of time for a camera & camera lense replacement) Very pleased with the work as well as turn around time.

  I needed the battery replaced in my phone because it was inflated. They didn't have a replacement battery on hand but they were able to order one overnight. I was able to pickup my phone with the battery replaced the next day. Great service and fair price
