Mint Repair Website Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of mintrepair.com, run by Mint Repair LLC ("Mint Repair," "we"). By using the site, you agree to them.
1. Prices and online quotes. Prices and quotes on this site are estimates. Your final price is confirmed after we inspect your device. Prices can change as part costs change, and listing a repair doesn't guarantee the part is in stock. If a price is shown in error, we'll correct it before any work begins.
2. Bookings and form requests. Sending a quote or booking request doesn't create a repair agreement. Our Repair Terms and Lifetime Limited Warranty apply when you check in a device or buy from us. Please give us accurate contact details.
3. Our policies. Repairs, device and accessory sales, returns and warranties are covered by our Repair Terms and Lifetime Limited Warranty. How we handle your information is covered by our Privacy Policy. If anything on this site conflicts with those documents, they control.
4. Independent repair shop. Mint Repair is an independent repair shop. We are not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by Apple, Samsung, Google, Motorola or any other device maker, or by Mint Mobile. Brand and product names on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe the devices we repair.
5. Our content. The Mint Repair name, logo, text and photos on this site belong to Mint Repair or are used with permission. Don't copy them for commercial use without our written OK.
6. Links to other sites. We may link to other websites, such as Google reviews or maps. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
7. Using the site. Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, scrape it, or submit false or harmful information. We may change or take down the site at any time.
8. No guarantees about the site. The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or always online.
9. Limit of responsibility. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site. Our total responsibility for any claim about the site itself is limited to $100. This section covers the website only. Repairs and purchases are covered by our Repair Terms and Warranty.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by Utah law. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Utah County, including small claims court.
11. Changes. We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
