Called to ask about a phone issue (charging port) I was having. Immediately I was happy with the quality of service I got on the phone so, I brought the phone in. Taylor cleaned the port for me and solved the issues I was having. He was patient and genuinely a pleasure to work with. I got all sorts of information and every question I threw his way he answered like pro. Thanks again guys!

Just went in with my partner because his charging port wasn't working. Staff was so incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Never thought I'd say this about a cell phone repair place, but it was truly a joyous experience. Cannot recommend highly enough

Went in thinking I had a bad charging port. He took my phone, cleaned out the port (really dirty, I found out). No charge. Friendly customer service. I highly recommend.
