Every repair comes with a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. Battery replacements: 1-year warranty. Not covered: New damage after the repair (drops, cracks, bends, pressure marks). Liquid exposure after the repair, even on water-resistant phones. Damage from anyone else opening or repairing the device. Misuse, accidents, bad chargers or cables, and normal wear. Parts we didn't replace. Software, updates, apps, and carrier or account locks. "Unknown part" messages, or features that don't work with aftermarket parts. Lost data (please back up before any repair). Water resistance after a repair. Cosmetic wear and accessories. Problems that existed before the repair. Repairs not paid in full. Normal battery wear and loss of capacity. "Lifetime" means for as long as you, the original customer, own the device. It can't be transferred, and it's a warranty against defects, not insurance. If a part we installed fails, we'll repair it, replace it, or refund the repair, at our option. Special cases: liquid-damaged devices have no warranty. Devices with a bent frame have no warranty unless we replace the frame. Repairs sent to our specialist lab are covered for 90 days. Used devices we sell are covered for 30 days.
